Reviewed Articles and Studies on the Centre’s Website

Siraj Center for Research and Studies opens a new window for researchers in the human and social sciences to publish their articles and studies on its website. Researchers could now submit their articles provided that they fall under one of the proposed research axes below.

Religious and civilizational communication
Muslims and the West
Religious reform
Contemporary political systems
Contemporary intellectual projects for the endorsement of civilizational renaissance
Identity in contemporary societies
Contemporary moral thought
Immigration problems and integration mechanisms

Researchers who are willing to submit their works for publication on the Centre’s website should take account of the following:

• All submissions are subject to peer-reviewing before being published.
• The Center disclaims responsibility for plagiarism, and calls on researchers to strive for accuracy and credibility in their writings.
• A researcher who submits his/her works for the first time has to attach his/her personal photo together with a CV.
• When necessary, the editorial staff of the Website can carry out simple modifications that do not abuse or alter the content of the submitted work.
• The Center does neither charge for publication, nor does it pay loyalties to participants.
• The center is not required to provide any justification for the rejected contributions.

We equally invite the researchers to abide by these rules:

• Articles that are designated for publication on Siraj Centre website must not be published beforehand, submitted to other parties for publication, nor be part of a book or university research thesis or dissertation. Articles that were presented in a previous academic activity are accepted, provided that the title, place and date of the activity are indicated.
• Researchers must generally adhere to academic norms of objectivity, credibility, precision, linguistic lucidity, and methodological consistency.
• The submitted articles should not be less than two thousand words and no more than
